Our Covid Notice – Ballyness Caravan Park

In these unsettling times, we ought to support and reassure each other in every way possible. As a responsible business, we’re taking sensible precautions to protect both our employees and customers.

During this challenging period and with a heavy heart we will be closed until further notice and will be taking no new bookings. In line with Government advice, we encourage people to stay at home and avoid all non-essential travel.

Existing bookings will be cancelled two weeks before arrival and a full refund made. This policy will be in place until it is safe to reopen.

As the situation is constantly changing we will be keeping a close eye on developments. This will help us gauge how to safely and responsibly navigate going forward.

The reception and shop are still closed however, we are available on telephone (028 2073 2393), email (info@ballynesscaravanpark.com) Please feel free to contact us if you need anything and we will try to do our best to help you.

Our privately owned static caravans are only to be used by customer’s that absolutely require it. For example, we have a customer with an underlying health condition using their caravan to self-isolate as their daughter that lives at home is a nurse on the front line.

Currently the park is so quiet it could be mistakenly thought to be fully closed. If the park gets in any way populated or people ignore the new rules and restrictions we will be forced to close completely thereby jeopardising the people that need their caravan at this time.

Please this is not a time for holidays. We promise to continue to maintain the park so that we can welcome you all back whenever things improve.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding in these difficult and stressful times.

Stay safe.

Conor
