Terms and Conditions
Ballyness Caravan Park is a family park catering for touring caravans and motorhomes. Our guests' enjoyment and safety is paramount and therefore we ask you to read the following Terms and Conditions before making your booking.
Booking Conditions
We start taking bookings for the next season from 9.00am on the 1st September each year. Bookings can only be made in person or by telephone on 028 2073 2393. No faxes, e-mails or letters will be looked at until the following day. Please note when making a booking it is for the number of nights you are staying not the number of days.
Please ensure you have a note of the dates you have booked.
Deposits
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £25.00 for 2 nights or £50.00 per week or part week. This can be paid either by cheque payable to Ballyness Caravan Park or by credit/debit card by telephoning 028 2073 2393.
Cancellations and Amendments
All changes made to bookings incur a £2.00 administration charge. If changes are made on the day of arrival you will be charge for the number of nights booked.
Cancellations will be effective on the date it is received by us. The deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than one week before date of arrival. An administration charge of £2.00 is deducted from all refunds.
Please ensure your holiday insurance covers the cost of cancellations and amendments.
If you have any amendments to make to a booking, please let us know as soon as possible on 028 2073 2393.
Minimum Stays
The following minimum number of nights apply during certain times of the year
- Weekends - 2 nights (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun)
- Bank holidays - 3 nights
- Easter - 4 nights
- July & August - 5 nights
Please advise us if you are likely to arrive later than 6.00pm (8.00pm Fridays). If we have not heard from you by 9.00pm on the day of your arrival we reserve the right to re-let the pitch.
Arrival and Departure
All pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure, otherwise an additional night's pitch fee may be charged. You are requested not to arrive before 1.00pm. Latest arrival time is 9.00pm.
Pitch Allocation
Every endeavour will be made to allocate guest the pitch of their choice, however, it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch. We cannot guarantee that caravans booked in together will be beside each other.
Your pitch number and directions to it will be confirmed on arrival.
Park Information
A Park Information sheet will be given to you on arrival and contains additional information. It is your responsibility to read the sheet and abide by the rules given.
Any breakages and damages must be reported to us and appropriate replacement charges will require to be paid.
We will ensure that all facilities are in good working order; however, guests use them at their own risk. The owners bear no liability for accidents or injuries howsoever caused. In addition, the owners bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to guests' property or possessions.
By booking a pitch and paying the deposit you are agreeing to abide by all the terms and conditions.
