Terms and Conditions
Arrivals & Departures
Check in time is from 3pm on day of arrival and 11am on day of departure.
Deposits and Balance
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation or non payment of balance within 4 weeks of date of arrival the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled. If you cancel more than 4 weeks prior to arrival the deposit can be refunded less £5.00 administration fee. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover cancellations.
Pets
Sorry we cannot accommodate pets in the cottage.
No Smoking
The cottage is strictly non smoking and we ask all our guests to adhere to this policy.
Extras included
Bed linen is provided for all beds, towels and tea towels are also provided. The rate for the cottage also includes electricity, oil fired central heating and logs for the open fire.
Breakages & Damage
We provide the cottage in a pristine condition and would appreciate our guests leaving it likewise. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us and will be charged for at the replacement value.
The use of facilities is at the total discretion of the owners. We will ensure that all facilities are in good working order; however, guests use them at their own risk. The owners bear no liability for accidents or injuries howsoever caused. Damage to equipment for facilities must be paid for.
In addition, the owners bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damages to guests' property or possessions.
